Question: | How can I earn credits as a Director? |
Answer: | Recordings in your Director's Vault are videos that you directed when you took a performer private. In order to earn credit and notoriety as a Director on these videos, there are two requirements: 1) these videos need to be SHARED and made public by you and the performer*, and 2) you must remain active on the site by having made a purchase on the site no more than 90 days from the day that the videos earn you credits. Then, for each time one of your videos gets purchased, YOU earn credits! Video prices are still set by the performer, but you earn 10% of the video sale each time it is sold! If you have made a purchase on the site within 90 days, and someone buys the video that you directed, then 10% of that video sale will be added as credits to your account, available for you to use within 48 hours. To ensure that you are earning, be sure to SHARE your videos, and have all of your Screen Names on your Director's Cut page marked Opt-In to Earn Money. Note that if you mark Earn Money for the individual Screen Names then you will be set to earn for all existing videos and future videos directed under those Screen Names. You have the ability to earn on some and not on others, if you wish. By selecting the Earn Money on ALL videos button, you are choosing to Opt-In for any new Screen Names that you might create. If you do NOT have Earn Money on ALL videos selected, then even the individual Screen Names that you selected will not earn credits. You must select the global Opt-In feature in order to earn credits. *A video NOT shared by a performer will be listed as "Ineligible" in red font. You cannot earn on these videos. |
